Robert Snodgrass joining West Ham United “in hours”

Robert Snodgrass could leave Premier League Hull City for their league rivals West Ham United “in hours”, says Hull boss Marco Silva.
The Scotland international will discuss personal terms with the London club, but is expected to join Slaven Bilic’s side.
Snodgrass, 29, missed Hull’s EFL Cup semi-final second leg against Manchester United due to injury, although that is not expected to stand in the way of him passing the medical.
“I don’t want to lose him,” Silva said after the aggregate defeat to Manchester United. “We will try to keep our players but sometimes the club, manager and player want different things.”
“He has not trained since they did a deal with West Ham. It is possible it will be done in the next hours. For 10 days he has not been available to work with us and has told us he wants to leave.”
Snodgrass’s arrival at London Stadium could finally signify the departure of Dimitri Payet, with Marseille’s latest bid of £25m plus £3m in bonuses having been rejected by West Ham.
Reports in France suggested that Payet has already agreed personal terms with the Ligue club on a contract worth £100,000 a week – a £25,000 reduction from his current salary.
